Sou, Thank you for a great evening! We were a table of 4 adults and 4 young children and we received great service and had a lovely time! One of our meals was “slow” and the team went above and beyond to make up for it and the meal was completely compensated! That type of service would never happen in Calgary. Thanks again, Sou!!!
I hadn't been to Moxie's for a couple of years and had forgotten what a beautiful restaurant it is. The atmosphere is so relaxed and the food was amazing. The hostess was very polite and personable and our server, Alisha, was knowledgeable, attentive and very friendly in a professional way - which I appreciate! She had wonderful suggestions for menu items that paired well together which were perfect! I'll not wait years again before my next visit! Keep up the good work ladies!
Came in for a girls night with some friends and we had an awesome time! Great food, drinks and service. We were served by Shyla and I had to write a review just to share how great she was with us. Friendly and attentive service throughout the whole evening. We will definitely be back and hope to return to her section!
My husband and I made a reservation just a few days before Valentine’s Day and we’re glad that they still had tables available. It has been years since we have dined at Moxies and we were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. We really enjoyed the cocktails (smoked old fashioned and espresso martini), calamari and shrimp, prawn laksa and blackened salmon. Although we were definitely full, we tried the white chocolate brownie and it did not disappoint. Service was also great - our waitress, Emma C., shared the specials at the beginning of our dinner and checked on us frequently. It was busy because of Valentines Day, but service was quick and food arrived warm. They also ended the dinner with a small bouquet of flowers for all the women dining at the restaurant. My husband also noted that they had Valentines Day cards in the men’s washroom in case you needed a card in a pinch - he had a good laugh about that :) Overall, we had a nice evening!
Had a wonderful Mother’s Day breakfast at Moxie’s today! Shayla took fantastic care of us—making sure we had everything we needed and never letting our coffee cups go empty. The moms were treated to complimentary mimosas and beautiful little plants, which made the morning feel even more special. A perfect way to celebrate the amazing moms in our lives!
If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! My friends and I came in for some drinks, and the service we received from Shyla was truly exceptional. She was incredibly friendly, quick with our orders, and went above and beyond by helping us plan the rest of our night. Thanks to her, we had a fantastic experience—and we’ll definitely be back because of her!
We had a fantastic Rib eye steak meal. Everything was cooked perfectly. Brooklyn took excellent care of us! by providing exceptional service! We’ll be back!!
Shyla is the sweetest of servers/bartenders. Was passing through red deer and sat at her bar and had the loveliest time and conversation with her. The food and drinks are pretty good but the service is what made the experience wonderful! :)
